Meet the founder
A real person behind the care
Laritane was founded by Ritania Jean, whose path into caregiving began close to home — caring for her grandmother while pursuing her nursing education. Those years shaped a simple conviction: older adults deserve to be cared for with the same warmth and respect you would give your own family.
As the RN Owner Administrator, Ritania is personally involved in the life of the home. That hands-on presence is what allows Laritane to feel less like a facility and more like family.
