Staying close matters. Here is how we keep visits warm and comfortable while caring for everyone who calls Laritane home.
We believe family involvement is one of the most important parts of feeling truly at home. Visits are encouraged, and we will always do our best to make them easy and comfortable.
Flexible, welcoming visits
- Family and friends are warmly welcomed — we believe staying connected is part of feeling at home.
- Because this is a small, private home, we simply ask that you let us know when you plan to visit so we can make sure it is a good time for your loved one.
- Need an early morning or evening visit? Just ask — we do our best to accommodate.
Keeping everyone healthy
- If you are feeling unwell — a cough, cold, or fever — please plan to visit another day to protect the people who live here.
- Hand washing and sanitizer are available throughout the home.
- We may follow additional health precautions when needed, and we will always let you know in advance.
A shared home, shared with care
- This is home for several residents, so we ask visitors to be mindful of everyone’s privacy and quiet enjoyment.
- Children are always welcome with a little supervision.
- Service animals are welcome; please let us know in advance if you would like to bring another pet.
Making time together special
- Bring photos, a favorite blanket, or small comforts from home — they mean the world.
- Let us know before bringing outside food so we can account for any dietary needs.
- You are always welcome to join in a meal, an activity, or simply an afternoon on the lanai.
