A warm home, and a real person behind the care

Laritane was founded by Ritania Jean, whose journey into caregiving began while caring for her grandmother as she pursued her nursing education. That experience left a lasting impression — that older adults flourish when they are cared for somewhere that feels like home.

She created Laritane to be exactly that: a small residential home where a handful of residents receive individualized, respectful support. As the RN Owner Administrator, Ritania stays personally involved in daily life here.
